Wayne J. Dinunzio has extensive experience working with small to medium sized businesses developing and implementing concise and coordinated marketing and business development plans. He also mentors executives and managers on problem-solving, helping them to focus on the most critical needs of the business.
His unique combination of skills acquired over 15 years in executive marketing, product development, and operations in the demanding semiconductor and aerospace industries and 7 years in private practice, enables him to assist business owners overcome significant issues that limit the growth of their business.
He has mentored many owners, executives and professionals in many industries and professions and the size of the companies range from a five employee retail service to a multi-divisional military product business.
Wayne recognizes most small and medium sized firms have limited opportunities to obtain financing from outside sources, and generating additional cash from increased sales is the best way to accumulate cash to fund growth of the business.
Wayne received his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles, CA and his MSEE plus BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY.
